The top of the daybed is made of one-directional laminated beams. It has a shallow CNC milled curve that allows for improved comfort. The two cross beams are attached to the top with a dovetail. This allows the wood to breathe and move along the grove. The dove tails are visible from side to side, contributing to an honest and transparent design. Lastly, the legs are attached by sliding onto the oblong-shaped ends of the crossbeams, to create a stable construction.
